Welcome to the Town of Falmouth on-line property tax inquiry and payment screen! To access your account, click on either the "Real Estate" or "Personal Property" taxes tab on the left, then enter the name or address of the property (either the whole name or address or the first few letters of the name or address). The inquiry screen displays all pertinent information about your account, including bill and payment history, a bill history screen for the past five years, and valuation and assesment information for your account.

To pay a bill on-line, click the "Pay Bill" button and follow the instructions. Payments are processed through a third-party payment service, which charges a convenience fee for the transaction. Payment may be made either by e-check (a $3.00 convenience fee) or credit card (a convenience fee of 2.5% of the total transaction).

SPECIAL NOTE: Past due real estate bills with liens are not displayed here. For information and balances due on liened accounts, please call Ellen at Town Hall (207-781-5253) to make arrangements for payment.
